  • Benefit for the Revolutionary Association of Women in Afghanistan

    The Fourth Annual Benefit Variety Show for the Revolutionary Association of Women in Afghanistan is this Saturday, March 20th @ 7pm in the SUB Ballroom@ UNB.  The Variety Show will feature a special performance by the NB- RebELLEs gumbooters, folk songs by the Labour Band, the reggae tunes of Saw Andrew, and a silent auction.  Tickets are $10; $7 for students.
  • Relay for Life Luminary Lane

    A new element has been added to this years Relay for Life called

    .  All of those who purchase a luminary before April 2nd will have them placed along

    during a ceremony on the evening of April 8 Luminaries.  If you purchase luminaries you are invited to be on hand for the April 8th ceremony to light your luminary and the luminary will also be displayed at the June Relay.  To purchase a Luminary stop into the Canadian Cancer Society office @

    Opal Family services hosts It’s The Night Of 1,000 Smiles , March 27th @ Lakeview Inns and Suites.  Opal provides respite and support to families who have a child with an intellectual disability.  You can support this event by sponsoring a smile for only $20.  Call the Opal office for more information.
